The house is very convenient for a big friends grouo or a family. We were there with our family, and everybody had their own separate rooms, 2 of the rooms are opening directly to the back garden where there is a outdoor pergola with seats and barbecue place. The other rooms see the balcony and the front of the house where you cna park the cars privately. Everything was very clean. Kitchen had all of the equipments for any kind of needs. There is a billard room downstairs connected to the kitchen, that was very exceptional. The beds and sheets were very comfortable, we slept like babies :)

The location is fantastic. You need a car to reach the property because it is on the hillside, but for this you get a spectacular view of Balaton and Tihany peninsula. The property (both houses) is well-kept, clean, spacious, built with good designer taste. The host is very kind and approachable, speaks several languages. The garden and the territory is neat and just simply a pleasure to look at. There are several things to do to relax and have fun (table tennis, pool, football, tree house, sunbathing, barbecue, etc). Everything is well equipped; the kitchen, the rooms; we did not miss anything important. All family members were delighted with the experience they got at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet.

My only regret is that I did not stay longer because the guesthouse and the surroundings are wonderful. Clean spacious rooms in a quiet and charming area. To Lake Balaton some 3-5 minutes on foot. Very good breakfast and most importantly a very nice welcome by the owner. Thank you, best regards and if I return to Lake Balaton in the future it will be to this Panzió! :)
