The owners/management of the property were so kind. Our flight was delayed and they waited for us for check in and were so patient with us. Mr. Giulio was so so kind and helpful. Anything we needed, he provided immediately. Also, Ms. Roberta looked up excursions for us and provided us with information about things to do. Overall, everyone was so so helpful to us. The breakfast in the morning was great with variety and coffee/tea - something for everyone even picky eaters (fruit, bread, eggs, jams, nutella, honey, etc). The best part was enjoying your breakfast with an amazing view of the water. They cleaned the rooms daily which was great because you would come back to fresh towels and everything looking tidy. The location was perfect and you had access to everything. There’s a lot of steps so be aware and make sure you bring comfortable shoes but it is doable for anyone. There is an amazing grocery shop close by and a shop where you can buy beautiful dishes and souvenirs. Also the bus stop is right there as well if you plan to travel to Positano or need a taxi. Everything you would need is available to you. Great restaurants as well. I can’t think of a better place to stay than this villa, we had such an amazing experience and will certainly be back. I would recommend this place to anyone planning on traveling to the amalfi coast. Praiano is one of the best places you can stay and this specific villa is THE BEST 10000/10

This apartment is a perfect place for couples! It has everything you need during the vacation in Praiano - good positioning in the city, stunning view, all kitchen equipment and supplies, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. All rooms have air conditioners and flexible lightning. Last but not least, It has the best price/quality ratio that I managed to find in this city

We had the most incredible holiday in Casa Rosamare! The apartment's mind-blowing view left us speechless every day. The huge terrace was a dream, perfect for lazy afternoons and chill nights. There was absolutely no noise around. The location was also great, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and the bus station.

We have been here as "last minute" situation . Even if was late night when we arrived, Michele (check in man) has been so helpful to find us a parking for the car and also to help us with all the luggages . Moreover the concierge (Andrea) wrote us many times to ensure that our check in went well :) a big thanks for this care ! Villa is so amazing.... very very clean and well preserved . Is historical and at same time very renewed and equipped - (we also found a nice set of shower gel and shampoo on the bed .. so cute) Place where villa is located, is so quiet If I could, I would have stayed there for a whole week to enjoy the Big terrace and view !!!

The property was excellent. Living area was large and spacious. Having the TV was great also as it rained a day during our stay. Bedroom was also big and the bed was nice and comfy. Special mention to valeria and Roberto who were great hosts. Any questions we had, they were always very helpful and overall they are very lovely people. Would definitely recommend casa barone.

Staying at Villa Sofia was so beautiful. We had the most lovely time. The house has everything you need and is in an incredible location. Mario was so warm and welcoming and helped us with so many recommendations. We would love to stay again, definitely add this place to your list!

amazing location, there’s a bus stop that takes you to amalfi/positano/sorrento within a 100m walk. theres a mini supermarket just 5min walk up the stairs to the town. has a good local beach walking distance - way less crowded than the other towns. villa had stunning views, plenty of amenities and towels provided. super clean and tidy. host was lovely, she allowed us to check in earlier as we arrived there around 1pm.

Great villa-apartment in the small town of Praiano on the Amalfi coast. Very clean, fully furnished, spacious, and with all the necessary amenities. Two separate bedrooms and two separate (full) bathrooms with toilets (one bathroom is quite small, as correctly shown on the picture). The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable (which in our opinion is rather rare). The highlight is most certainly the amazing terrace/balcony, which offers an incredible (unrestricted) view over the sea and Amalfi coast. It offers a lot of space, a covered and an uncovered area, a big table with chairs, a couch, some sunbeds, a Weber grill…everything you need for an amazing time. The parking area was right in front of the entrance (only some stairs down). The apartment is located in a “villa-complex” of several such apartments, and offers a direct (but steep) way down to the Sea. The bus stop is right outside the gate (up the steep driveway). The communication with the host was very easy and comfortable (mostly via WhatsApp). She spoke fluent English, and was very friendly and helpful. We (2 couples) had a great time.
