Aji's Fruit Farm is a unique place to stay. The cottage/bungalow has two bedrooms, complete kitchen facilities, air-conditioning and a washing machine!!! The wide verandah has comfortable table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the breeze. The cottage is situated amid grassy coconut groves on an award-winning fruit farm. Just meters away is the property lake front where you can swim. At the you have a lovely cabana, hammocks and swing (with outdoor restaurant under construction). Sunrise view from the cabana should not be missed followed by a delicious breakfast. Aji is a wonderful, thoughtful host. The accommodation is about 30 minutes from Uda Walawe NP, so within easy access, and a lovely peaceful alternative. We were sorry we could only stay one night.

Stunning location! Properly isolated and very peaceful. The room is big and spacious with a superb view of the lake and mountains. We had an amazing time here and got to relax and unwind with the family. The caretaker also really went out of his way to look after us. We also got the chance to go to Udawalawe national park and see elephants. Overall the trip was perfect especially at that price! I wish we could have stayed for more days but we have made plans to come again for a longer stay. A hidden Jewel!

Very nice place and we prepared food with them at night which is new for us. We rode in a jeep and saw animals like elephants, bears, leopards, peacocks and crocodiles very well. The owner and his family treated us very kindly. Thank you very much..

I had a wonderful stay in a lovely little bungalow overlooking the river from where I was even able to see some monkeys. The property is just beautiful, a little calm and peaceful oasis. It is a bit remote, but that was okay because everything in terms of food was provided at the property. Everyone working at the hotel is incredibly welcoming and attentive to all possible needs. The breakfast was probably the best one I had in Sri Lanka so far. I booked my Safari through them and had a great experience.

Atha safari resort is a wonderful hotel that I found in my destination for 2 weeks. My safari trip was arranged by Asanka, the owner of the hotel. A large number of animals could be seen there, and the large elephant ranch with calves was very attractive. In front of the hotel, you could see a very attractive background. Among them, the river that flows in the front is special. It was an unforgettable experience for us when we spent more than 5 hours in the river. The huge hammocks and beach chairs in front of the hotel are very attractive.In the morning, I was on the hammock and I could see a lot of animals like hawks, vaduras, peacocks, lizards, etc. The sweet chirping of birds, which continued for hours, was like music. The attractive jakuziya, rooms and walls made of stone, the special zone designed for yoga and meditation, showcase the creativity of the hotel's designer, Asanka. A great area in front of the beautiful river. Good value for money, dinner was very good!! And the staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean! We took a safari with them and it was great. Totally recommend it

Clean, nice tents. Jungle river at the cam, you can easily swim there with monkeys above your head. On top, great hospitality and service, great food.

The family was very nice and caring. They took good care about every wish we had, gave us dinner and arranged a safari. The safari and our driver was good! He cared for us and made us see a lot of elephants. The facility were nice, of course it’s in the landslide, so keep that in mind. Peacocks in the garden, a river, and lots of bats at night flying over us, which we liked a lot. Cozy veranda too!
