The villa itself is a charming blend of modern amenities and traditional Montenegrin architecture. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the spectacular sea view. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the Adriatic Sea was a truly unforgettable experience.

Newly build houses close to the Ceravici restaurant. It is on the farm so we had the farm tour too, which was fun. The house is big enough for a family, well equipped, beautiful woodwork inside. The location is not in Budva, but this is why we liked it. It was quiet and you could leave behind the crowd even in the peak season. The swimming pool is well maintained enough big for swimming, you need nothing else for a vacation with kids. Please note my review is about the accommodation, the restaurant is ok as well but accommodation is outstanding. Special thanks for Djordje for hosting and Nikolett and Bert for the helping during our stay.

The location and layout of the property and the gardens was excellent. The actual location was a little further away from the beach than advertised but we wanted a place well away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts could not have been any more helpful, warm and kind. The garden and the pool were perfect with a stunning view over to the sea from the pool. The main house was immaculately clean and spacious. There are two double bedrooms and a third one in a separate room below the house. Due to having two grown up children we used the extra room which was very warm all day long and although there was no air conditioning we were given a very effective fan. Outside the house is a large patio area with bbq facilities and that great view.

For the money we paid (90 euros) at the end of April, you won’t find other hotels like this on the coast.

Vera the host was charming and took care of all the little details. She explained and was interested. The apartment is very clean and very functional, it has everything we needed. We will be back. A Chabad house and a kosher restaurant is inside the building and it's really nice to be there on Shabbat because the key is physical and not digital. I have attached a photo I took from the balcony.

Owner is hospitable person, who said all about city and apartment and helped to registration. Flat has a good equipment kitchen with salt, sugar, tea, coffee, etc... (but without oil).
