The villa is very nicely designed and the furnishings and fittings are all modern and tasteful. Hatem and his team were very helpful and hospitable with check in. We arrived early in the morning and they very helpfully allowed an early check in and made convenient arrangements for entry to the property. The location is excellent - one row back from the beautiful beach, and a short walk to Sandyz beach bar. Also very close access to the Rotana hotel complex which made it easy to walk across for food and drinks.

The cottage is quite big and well maintained. The bathrooms are very clean too, although the outdoor shower might be a little uncomfortable for a few guests.
