Not quite obvious that check-in has to be done in another building, but it's not a big problem. Breakfast is standard but it is a good choice of food, and the kids were happy with it. Our room was on the first floor, next to the kitchen where breakfast is served. So clean, such beautiful charming old building, excellent bed, shower, towels, view overlooking the square, nice walk to Aveiro canals area, a second to find it, outstanding value for money, super quiet, WiFi works, there was even a TV and a fridge in my single room.
