We really enjoyed stay in this house. Beautiful view on the ocean with a terrace. The owner was very nice, allowed to move in earlier, was always in touch when there were any questions. The house and the territory are clean and well-kept. There is everything and even more for cooking. There are also additional towels for the beach. It is convenient that there are two bathrooms, this is a big plus for a large company. I liked the warm bed, as it was the season of winter on the island. Calheta is very peaceful, there is a beach and you can also see a beautiful sunset there.

Clean, spacious, comfortable- everything we needed for a memorable stay! Booked last minute due to an unforeseen cancellation of a longstanding booking elsewhere, but so pleased that we ended up staying here instead! Great location close to local cafes and amenities and a short drive from the beach. We liked everything and welcome goodies especially appreciated. Also the ginger cat who roams the area is super sweet and friendly!

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Location was great (close to the beach), parking was possible in front of the building, the apartment itself was spacious, clean and very well equiped. The owner Esmeralda was more than generous and kind.

Easy access to various hiking trails. Small pool and simple sauna are nothing extraordinary but great to relax after a day's hike. I also enjoyed that they have a indoor fireplace in the library where you can sit with a glass of whiskey from the bar. Very friendly staff. Great value for money (I traveled in low season)

The island has generally great infrastructure and roads, so for us it was not a problem to drive around even if the place is quite remote. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you may need. View from the terrace is beautiful. We had a very warm and friendly welcome by Garry on the Christmas Eve. Even the breakfast was really good and when my husband asked for hot Chocolat the first morning they didn't have but but the next morning they went by some for him. They did really care about us and our stay, it was a wonderful time and we wish we could stay longer!
