Freshly rebuild village house, with an attention for detail on the interior design using old tools from the farm, making it really warm and cosy felling almost like home. The room was big with view for the pool (all rooms have it). Breakfast was a really a good surprise, all the food was from the region (cheese, ham, eggs...), homemade cakes and even homemade jams! Delightful! And the best of all: the homeowners Irene and Francisco were tireless the first minute, preparing breakfast, giving us tips for restaurants and best sightseeing and good discussions about "Mirandês" language (second official Portuguese language). We'll be back for sure!

I have to sum it up with quality. It's placed a bit outside the centre of Miranda, and you can feel very connected to nature while keeping a high-level standard of facilities. The breakfast is top-notch, and the staff can help you. Although I was there for a bike race, I will keep this place on my list as a place to spend some vacations.
