Catia and Miguel were very friendly. The house has everything you'll need and we received some fresh fruit on arrival. Visiting the lavatube on their land with Miguel is well worth the visit. If we come back to Pico we'll definately will be staying here again.

This place was the highlight of our whole trip to the Acores. Stunning house in a stunning location, overlooking the cliff, a short walk to the small beach, so peaceful and relaxed, I could not have dreamed it any better. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, this is the place to go. At night, the stars and the Cagarro come out, and the songs of these birds is like nothing I've heard before, special and beautiful. The hosts brought us some welcome gifts and made sure we were fine, and gave us some background info on the area and the house. I would give more stars if I could!

Nice and helpful host lives next door but the place still feels private. Kitchen was well equipped. I worked part of my stay and WiFi was perfect throughout!! Awesome location if you want to dive with the great dive shop down the street and everything is easy to reach by car, supermarket even by foot. Really loved the place, except for the sleeping arrangements.
