The land area of this villa is huge! Very well equipped in all areas, kitchen has everything we needed, dining table is big enough to accommodate >10 people, TV has Netflix for couch potatoes, swimming pool is well-sized with frisbees and floats to play with! Furnishing is very modern and all areas of the villa were maintained in good condition, thumbs up for cleanliness! Khun Ann (host) and her housekeepers really did a great job in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay! She made sure the 2 baby cots that we requested were set up before our arrival, and she was super responsive whenever we asked questions through the chat! The housekeepers were also kind enough to buy breakfast for us in the morning, the food was cheap and good!! :)

Annie is an exceptional host. She is very kind, helpful and responsive. Her house is the most amazing accommodation we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful, in a tranquil location, exclusive, clean, comfortable and exceeds our expectation. Annie has thoughtfully furnished her house with nothing in lack. There are even free bicycles for use. The pool, garden and the outside surroundings are very well maintained and immaculate. Inside, there is an large spa, three bathrooms/toilets, huge kitchen fully stocked, a television, a washing machines and other amenities. Annie provides balls, badminton rackets, table football and other games to keep the whole family entertained. Annie is always contactable. She readily responds in minutes to enquiries. She is truly an exceptional host that is extremely hospitable, who just strives to make her guests happy. If you want a memorable stay, I highly recommend Annie Villa.

This cottage was fantastic for a family. It had two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms, so much space for our family of four. You had to walk through the kids room to reach the adult bedroom, but that wasn't a problem for us. The adult room could also be accessed from the front porch in case we didn't want to walk through the kids room. The property was very pretty and peaceful, but just a few steps away from the main road with food and markets available. Breakfast was great, one of the best of our trip. We were very happy to stay here, highly recommend it.

Perfect stay. We needed a quiet peaceful night after a long flight and drive up from BKK. Couldn't have wished for more. Excellent location for our needs, good eating options, very clean room, looking out on peaceful woodlands with added bonus of squirrels racing through trees in the morning.
