Der Check-in lief problemlos ab, die Anleitung dazu war sehr detailliert. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Aufteilung in ein Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer/Küche war für uns perfekt. Es waren andere Gäste da, aber wir haben kaum was voneinander gemerkt. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre. Im Garten gibt es viele Vögel und Tiere. Man kann einfach auf der Verandah sitzen und sie beobachten.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. There are two markets and a gas station very close by for all your basic needs. Also there was a great bar and restaurant called moyas and a german bakery that was fantastic. House had just enough things to be able to cook for our family of 7. It's about a 45-60 min drive to arenal national park and la fortuna. Showers were hot and house had all our basic needs.

The views were just amazing. We woke up the first morning and was not able to see the lake at all. But by the second morning, we could see the lake, mountain ranges, windmills in the distance, it was beautiful. The house was cute and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Having the pool there during the hot days was awesome. The pool was the perfect place to cool off.

We loved how peaceful, classy and clean the studio is! Great amenities and finishes and the bed was really comfortable. The setting is beautiful and the use of the clubhouse with gym, pool and game room was awesome! The Monday morning community breakfast was tasty and a good chance to commune with other residents and guests. The hosts Ian and Marcela are personable, available and went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. One of the highlights of a great stay was an amazing reflexology session with Mariela. We also took advantage of a massage in their spa, which was super affordable. The drive from town to their suite was on a short dirt road with great views of the lake, so we chose to buy some food in town to cook in their amply supplied kitchen rather than drive back and forth.

Eine absolute Traumunterkunft. Die Besitzerin war sehr hilfreich und stellte sicher, dass wir den Weg gut fanden. Auch während des Aufenthalts konnten wir uns bei Fragen immer wieder melden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Man schaut auf den See und den Vulkan. Das kleine Haus hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Man ist abgeschieden von den Touristenmassen und kann eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbringen. Der Weg klappt mit einem 4x4 einfach, da hatten wir schon viel schlechtere Straßen in Costa Rica. Klare Empfehlung!

Property manager gave a good orientation and was responsive to questions.

Das Pie in the Sky 3 Amazing Luxury Home with Lake and Volcano view ist ein Ferienhaus in einer Doppelhaushälfte in El Fosforo in der Region Alajuela, 13 km von Fortuna entfernt. A wonderful place! ... Really "in the sky", all around only nature, no view of houses. Very good for birdwatching, toucans come by daily and hummingbirds are everywhere. There is an observation platform. You can see the volcano and Lake Arenal from everywhere on the property and the many armchairs grouped around the house. The people from the agency are very friendly and helpful. We missed some things in the kitchen and bedside lamps, everything was done immediately. You have to know that there are three units on the property. In addition to the large house with four bedrooms (which we rented), there is a (very) small unit in a kind of garden house for 2 people and another house with 2 bedrooms.
