The property was secure, clean, tidy, and the pool/ garden area was lovely. A short walk to a supermarket, and playa negra. Lots of space for parking if you are planning to rent a car for your trip! Hosts were super helpful with any requests and particularly with transport as we did not rent a vehicle of any sort during our stay.

The place is absolutely beautiful! Both the room and the garden. Everything was very clean. The hostesses were so nice and welcoming, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable, including placing our wet sea stuff in the sun so they could dry. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants peace and quiet just a short walk from the center, ideal for couples!

Casa Modi er staðsett í 50 metra fjarlægð frá Cocles-ströndinni og býður upp á loftkæld gistirými með svölum. We got the unit on the second floor. It had 2 bedrooms. Super comfy 200cm width bed. Fully equipped kitchen though the kitchen is outdoors, might not fit everyone. For us it was great. Barely any mosquitoes even outdoors. Nice place to buy fruits 5 minutes walk and a big organic supermarket less than 10 minutes walk. The beach is very close to the flat, big waves but we built sand castles with our baby so it was fine. It was very relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. They even have a laundry machine and were very responsive to all our requests. Felt very secluded. 10 minutes walk from the Jaguar Rescue Center.

Boasting garden views, Villas Piña - Adults only provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 700 metres from Negra Beach. Everything was perfect. I also want to highlight the great hospitality we received from the owners, that made our stay even more memorable. Eric and Sharon are super nice people who go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a fantastic time.

The villas are very well equipped to cook anything you like! You can tell the person in charge cares about maintenance and does a good job at it. The pool was cleaned everyday, I asked for more sheets and towels and they were provided right away. Communication was excellent and easy via Whatsapp. Highly recommended for a group of four or family with kids. Very private, you can hear the monkeys howling and all kinds of birds chirping. Close to all main beaches (Cocles, Puerto Viejo and my fave, Punta Uva).

The garden is beautiful, the pool too and the people are very friendly! The accommodation is very clean. The beach with a lot of bars and restaurants is very close and can be reached by a 2 minutes walk.

The surrounding garden was very beautiful. The place is very quiet and peaceful. At the place was a bouquet of freshly picked flowers and 2 homemade coconut sweets and mangos from the owners garden. The owner and her sun gave us a tour in their garden and property. They both couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. We absolutely loved our stay.
