Location is great in a middle of the mountains close a few shops and restaurants. It is a spacious property and you get the views of all mountains around whichever corner of the house you are in.

Gîte hicking bas is located in Chacha. Including a garden, this holiday home also features a restaurant. We had a really good stay here! We loved the environment, we all had our own room (with 3) and we definitly felt like home here. What a beautiful view, what a nice place to hike and what a nice hosts. There's a lot of sounds here from animals, but that was part of the experience here. Waking up here was a gift; the cocks, birds, dogs, donkeys... No warm water, no WiFi, just nature. The food in the restaurant (we had breakfast and diner, also vegetarian) was good. People around were so friendly and helpful during our hike. We felt so safe. This was our favourite stay on Santiago. Thank you (obrigada)

Set just 500 metres from Silver Beach, Casa Fabrice offers accommodation in Ribeira da Prata with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Fabrice is building his dreamhouse by the sea with his own hands. To be part of this for 2 weeks was a very special experience. Waking up every day on our own balcony with ocean view was very special.

Casa. Situato a Picos, il Pé di Polon offre un giardino e una terrazza. 36 km da Praia. We really liked our stay here. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. Unfortunately, the baobab tree is no longer alive, but the beauty of the house does not depend on the tree. We had breakfast and diner made by Lida, the neighbour, and really enjoyed the meals (vegetarian) The fruits (papaya and passionfruit) were very delicious. Thank you.

Situata a Cidade Velha, la Villa Halcyon Caboverde offre un ristorante, un bar e attrezzature per barbecue. The whole house was fabulous. Great location, amenities, great views, fully stocked kitchen and drinks fridge. Private beach could not have chosen a better location.

Bellissimo giardino, camere spaziose, posizione comoda al centro del paese (ci si arriva camminando 5 minuti) ma molto tranquilla, colazione abbondante, staff gentile e disponibile

Located in Rui Vaz in the Santiago region, Recanto da Montanha provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. We really liked the peace and quiet and simplicity at Recanto da Montanha. If you are looking for a local experience( rather than a big set up) then this is a good place to start. Our host Geisa was really sweet and helpful. Plenty of hot water and internet worked well

La naturale ospitalità capoverdiana che conoscevo è sempre fedele a se stessa. Luzia ha a cuore il benessere delle persone che riceve, ti fa sentire come a casa, è sempre disponibile, gentile, paziente, attenta ad assicurarsi che tu stia bene in casa e che non ti manchi niente. Vista la mia storia personale con Capo Verde e la mia connessione con la gente locale, si è creato un bel rapporto umano con lei, di affetto e fiducia reciproci. Mi ha trattato come uno di famiglia, e le sono molto grato. Comunque il luogo è spazioso, confortevole, pulito, comodo, in un ambiente calmo quello di Tarrafal. Luzia, obrigado di kurason ! Great clean amenities, very nice hosts, super clean and perfectly ironed bed sheets, good pressure cold and hot water, great breakfast!
