We also picked up a few groceries in Portree, and with the well outfitted kitchen, enjoyed cooking for ourselves.

We found the cabins without problems. We could park next to the cabin. The beds were very confortable and the shower it's great and very warm. Also the cabin is equipped with everything you might need to prepare yourself some meals. We bought some eggs (they sell them) and we prepared delicious omelettes with them. Also you can ask for breakfast which will be delivered the next morning to your cabin and Karen will leave it at the door, which is again, very convenient, and the prices are great. We deffinitely need to come back to see the ducklings grown up!

Offering free WiFi, Harlosh Log Cabins is set on the beachfront near Dunvegan. The property is 40 km from Portree, 5.5km from Dunvegan and complimentary private parking is offered. John was a fantastic host, even waited for us even though we were 3 hours late. The cabin is stunning and everything was well thought out. We had views of sheep, ducks, seals and otters from the cabin. Truly lovely stay.
