Great attention was given to every detail, from decoration of the property to everything that you may need for breakfast. We really appreciated the welcoming local Bakewell tarts and wine. Amazingly cosy little cottage. Was perfect for visiting the Peaks. It had even been decorated for Halloween which our kids loved. Lovely little town just 1 minute away.

Large comfortable beds, good for tall adults. All 3 bedrooms were good and no-one would feel they were short-changed. Dog walking from the cottage - on-lead in the fishing club area but access to footpaths outside this area where off-lead is acceptable Countryside code permitting. Good pubs nearby but also good equipment and storage in kitchen to make own meals (large fridge freezer, range cooker, good knives.)

The Cottage, Grotton Hall, Lydgate, Saddleworth se encuentra en Saddleworth, a 15 km de Museo Clayton Hall, y ofrece terraza, jardín y wifi gratis. The location was great because it is next to Grotton Hall and is located through some gates behind a wall, away from the main road. It's also close to most amenities in Lydgate and everything such as pubs and supermarkets are easy to get to. Great for a hiking weekend too as the North Peak District isn't far away.

Wow this was a top little find. There is nothing the host hasn’t thought of. And the lovely gifts around the apartment for us on arrival were fabulous. The cleaning was impeccable and the whole house had literally everything you thing you would need. It was cozy and very comfortable as well as quiet. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Parking is very easy to find on the side street and very close to house.
