This is a beautiful property and without doubt the most luxurious and well maintained property in the area. It is an escape from the busy market town, somewhere to just relax after a day exploring. We were delighted to find such a large well appointed and luxurious villa with great staff. The owner was able to accommodate a request for breakfast and organise dinners for us also (at extra cost) which was great. This property very much has an international feel to it in the way they look after you. We had not planned to spend so much time in the villa but it was so good we spend more time in than out.

Very well organized, Dedy Cool letting us know in advance the distance from the airport and helping with getting to the hotel. We did the one day tour and it was provided by fantastic tour guides who were extremely knowledgeable about the rainforest and Orangutangs. We would highly recommend.

Kan jungle trekkingen regelen, ik had geen goede rugtas bij me die mocht ik van hem lenen. We kregen dagen van te voren al bericht of hij vervoer moest regelen vanuit Medan airport of de stad naar Bukit Lawang. Toen we daar aankwamen stond hij ons al op te wachten. 5 sterren service.
