They helped us plan our climb to Ella's Rock and lent us flashlights.

Cozy cottage is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature! The cottage is located a bit away from Ella City (too many tourists, too much hustle and bustle!). Viraj, the hotel manager, picked us up where the taxi driver had left us. Viraj really cares about his guests and is extremely welcoming! My husband and I were also very warmly received by the staff, who were always smiling and friendly. We booked the room with a view of Ella Rock View Point: just breathtaking! The room was clean and spacious with an en-suite bathroom. The sunrise and sunset from the balcony are a marvel 😌 . Kitalella train station is a few metres from the cottage and it is from here that the path to Ella Rock view point is taken. Viraj organized a guide for us to go sightseeing in Ella: temples, Nine Arches Bridge, Little Adam's Peak, Ravana Zipline... Nirmal(our guide) is a childhood friend of Viraj and knows the area very well. We had a wonderful, happy and funny day with Nirmal. We highly recommend him! Last but not least: the staff at cozy cottage really go out of their way for their guests!

The host is very kind and helpful, the space outside and inside the room is excellent, the view is very good, the location is great, it is very clean, and the breakfast is wonderfull and delicious.

Last minute booking but it was worth it! Spacious rooms, amazing view, very clean, very romantic, huge and tasty breakfast. Would definately come back. Very quiet but close to the city (10-15min walk)

The location is good and all the shops are in walking distance.

Quiet and peaceful. The french windows of our room open up to the terrace overlooking the valley with a view of a huge waterfall on the other side of the valley. You're a 20min walk from the center through a shortcut along the train rails (Google Maps doesn't show the way but the host/locals would gladly point it out for you). Anyway, you don't need to go much to the center since there's not much interesting there. Ella is visited for its wonderful nature and hikes. The staff was amazing, always smiling and ready to help. Our stay at 100 View Ella Cottage was just perfect!

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Tea Cabins is located in Ella, a 18-minute walk from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. The guest house was sourounded by the tea plantations, whitch let to a wonderful natural experience with a beautiful view. The guest house itself was like a dream came true, every detail like the lights and the funiture was carfully chosen and incited to join the admosphere. It had two hammocks, a private pool and also a biger pool to share. The owner was really friendly and anticipated every wish. The food was delicious and more than enought.

Located 2.2 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 900 metres from Ella Spice Garden, Saddle Cottage features accommodation in Ella. Free WiFi is available. The perfect place for staying. I would like to return and stay at least 1 week.

Breakfasts was excellent, one of the best we had and served on our privatw terrace. Location is very good and close to All bars and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Lovely view of the mountains. Staff were very friendly. .
