Villa is very nicely decorated, cleaned, beautiful view and the pool is fantastic! Service was si good, Sabrina and the owner of the Villa was so helpful with everything what we needed. Definitely to recommend and to come back!

La Villa Unaweza se encuentra en Matemwe, a 60 metros de la playa de Matemwe, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito, pileta al aire libre y bar. Amazing boutique hotel, loved everything about it: beautifully decorated, nice garden, close to the beach, delicious breakfast and food at the restaurant… all in all, it felt like an oasis in Zanzibar.

I do not know where to begin. The Villa is amazing. It is very clean, quiet, luxurious and private. The host, Neema, is wonderful, she is super friendly, has been phenomenal from start to finish and welcoming and so have the other staff. There are a few restaurants on the beach in a walking distance, however be very careful (we learnt this lesson the hard way), but the food cooked by the chefs in the Villa is outstanding quality, so we highly recommend to try it. We stayed here for two weeks and it was the most memorable experience; the views are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. We would also like to thank Paulette and her whole family, they made us feel very welcomed, we celebrated special occasions together as well as she helped us when we were most in need! You will not get this type of service anywhere else.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

El Amka Villa Issa House se encuentra en Jambiani y ofrece un restaurante y acceso directo a la playa. La terraza es amplia y ofrece vistas al océano Índico. La ubicación inmejorable. La amabilidad y el desayuno fantásticos. La zona es segura donde tienes variedad para comer tanto comida local como no. El personal es maravilloso. Y la playa increíble.

After an easy-peasy pickup from the ferry in Stone Town, we arrived at the Villa to be welcomed by a super friendly team and a romantic seafood dinner set for us right on the beach. It was perfection from the first moment! We spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the pool, walking on the beach, playing games, swimming in the ocean and eating the delicious food prepared by the Chef. We felt safe, pampered and well taken care of. Mr. Davies made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

El VILLE RORI LUXURY se encuentra en Bwejuu y ofrece wifi gratis, bicicletas de uso gratuito, pileta al aire libre y jardín. The house was bigger than expected, with spacious bedrooms and living room. Everything is brand new, well maintained and decorated with taste. Breakfast is big, generous and delicious. Pool side is chill, comfy, it's amazing to have a drink while sitting in the warm water surrounded by palm trees. Walk 5 meters and you'll be on the endless white beach, heaven-like sight. Riccardo welcomed us, extremely friendly, with many tips and extensive knowledge of the area. If you need anything, he'll help you very quickly. All in all a fantastic stay here, I'd spend a month here if I could!

El Kikadini House ofrece vistas al jardín y alojamiento con patio y cafetera a unos 800 metros de la playa de Jambiani. Esta casa ofrece estacionamiento privado gratuito y cocina compartida. This is a great place to have a relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience

El Frangipani and Cinnamon Villas se encuentra en Kiwengwa y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, pileta, jardín, zona de playa privada y vistas a la pileta. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
