Villa is very nicely decorated, cleaned, beautiful view and the pool is fantastic! Service was si good, Sabrina and the owner of the Villa was so helpful with everything what we needed. Definitely to recommend and to come back!

Villa Unaweza is a dream place, where you can relax and there is everything you need - great food, coctails, cold shower, pool, beach few steps away. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, always clean. People working there are friendly with the smile on their face. The owners also made us feel at home. It was my mother birthday and thank you to all for making it so special. Asante sana and see you soon again.

Viesu rīcībā ir āra baseins, un no naktsmītnes paveras skats uz jūru.... I do not know where to begin. The Villa is amazing. It is very clean, quiet, luxurious and private. The host, Neema, is wonderful, she is super friendly, has been phenomenal from start to finish and welcoming and so have the other staff. There are a few restaurants on the beach in a walking distance, however be very careful (we learnt this lesson the hard way), but the food cooked by the chefs in the Villa is outstanding quality, so we highly recommend to try it. We stayed here for two weeks and it was the most memorable experience; the views are breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. We would also like to thank Paulette and her whole family, they made us feel very welcomed, we celebrated special occasions together as well as she helped us when we were most in need! You will not get this type of service anywhere else.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

Located in Jambiani, Amka Villa Issa House features a restaurant and direct beach access. The large terrace offers Indian Ocean views and there is free WiFi throughout the property. Great value for money. The surrounding is amazing, palm trees and the ocean all around. Really nice and quiet, perfect place to relax. The nearby beach is picture perfect, without too many people around. Jambiani is the number one beach location on the entire island.

Lions Villa Zanzibar with private pool - LUXURY ON THE SEASIDE is a recently renovated villa in Kiwengwa, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, garden and terrace. After an easy-peasy pickup from the ferry in Stone Town, we arrived at the Villa to be welcomed by a super friendly team and a romantic seafood dinner set for us right on the beach. It was perfection from the first moment! We spent a relaxing weekend enjoying the pool, walking on the beach, playing games, swimming in the ocean and eating the delicious food prepared by the Chef. We felt safe, pampered and well taken care of. Mr. Davies made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back!

This is a great place to have a relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
