The place is very well organized with an amazing kitchen and cool common area. The view of the lake is among the best in all the pueblo. Aurora is an incredibly talented host. She made our stay super pleasant and gave us great recommendations. She also offers yoga and circus classes for those who might be interested.

It’s still very secluded and surrounded by luscious greenery. The spirit of the place was peaceful but yet vibrant and the general atmosphere keep you calm and grounded. We had the room sirena and the view from the windows were breathtaking. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise and admire the sunset. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We are looking forward to go back!

The hotel is covered in greenery and it feels like you're in the jungle. There are lots of birds (and hummingbirds) around and it's so peaceful. The vegetarian restaurant is great. The bed was really comfortable. There's nothing I'd change 😁it really exceeded my expectations.

The location is right on the lake, with a great spot for swimming, quiet and peaceful, but also close to town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and upstairs area have great views of the lake and volcano. The breakfast was excellent and good prices at happy hour for drinks and smoothies.

It felt like a real luxury boutique hotel. Our room was very nice, the communal terrace very peaceful, and also the location was amazing.
