From our experience at the hotel, the staff was excellent and helpful. We were escorted to our room, which we found to be quite large and spacious, really convenient since we had a lot of luggage. The room was spotless! The bed was very comfortable. Also, breakfast was good with a large selection. The grounds were lovely and must be more so during spring and summer. The concierge made sure our car was parked safely, as we had a lot of extra luggage in the car and upon leaving provide us with water for our travel. A lovely and kind gesture, which we would like to say “thank you” again!

We had the top floor room and windows looking out to see the cathedral. The room was pretty and clean. The staff are friendly and easy going. We went there around Xmas period so everything was decorated beautifully. Our room does not have a bath tub but was alright. This hotel is at the heart of Strasbourg, which means it is easy to get around the area. Lots of shops, restaurants etc.

The Location was perfect. We arrived by car and it couldn't be easier as the Car park is just below the Hotel. Nice modern rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also top notch. If i ever visit Strasbourg in the future, i definitely know where to stay.
