We regularly stay in Brooklyn but this was our first stay here. The Henry Norman was absolutely wonderful. The hotel —a former textile factory— is just lovely, with many amenities, beautifully decorated, very well equipped rooms, with a great vibe!! We really liked the location, away from the hustle and bustle, but with walkable access to a convenience store, cafe and bakery. And the hotel staff was so, so lovely being especially accommodating to two in our party who have mobility issues.

Beautiful hotel and large loft apartments, perfect location near to many restaurants and cafes, not far from 7 and G metro lines, the best hotel breakfasts we have ever eaten in US hotels

The hotel is located near an underground station, which makes it really convenient for a tourist to move around the city. The beds are also very comfortable, so after a long walk you get a good night's sleep. The room includes a small fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker so even if you do not purchase meals, you can bring in whatever you like and manage with that.

There was an issue with the room we were originally assigned. The lovely man at the counter apologised and was happy to give us a room upgrade. A lovely hotel in a great spot in Brooklyn.

The location and staff were great! We booked 2 days on one card and the next 2 days on another and were able to keep the same room instead of having to switch, which was very convenient.
