Rooms are air-conditioned and feature a free safe and pillow menu, as well as a minibar. Very high-tech hotel, with touchscreens for controlling everything from light, to water, to sleep-in door sign. All rooms also has their own tablet, for surfing the web or ordering stuff, and you get many pillows and towels. Very smart layout in the rooms to maximize the small space. The shower even has a rainforest ceiling shower, and the shampoo/gel/soap is from Rituals - nice! The location looks to be on the edge of town, but it's actually just a short 5 minute walk to the city center. The roof has 2 jacuzzis with a lot of double sunbeds spread out around the edge. And since it's adult-only, they even have a wending machine with beer/cider, which was kind of a surprise. All in all very clean, modern, and stylish. Breakfast was nice, even though not the biggest selection, but everything was fresh and refilled constantly. A lot of small single packages for everything, if that's your thing. Good coffee, free throughout your stay. Also coffee pods, free, in your room - with cookies! Next time I'm in Nerja I'll certainly stay here again!

Smart Suites Albaicin offers modern accommodation in Albaicin, just 5 minutes’ walk from Plaza Nueva and Gran Via. The property provides free WiFi, an exterior courtyard and private parking at an extra cost. I booked this apartment because of private parking. But the place exceeded my expectation. Wonderful apartments with a great value for money. I booked the smallest, basic apartment but I got an apartment with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!) That was very comfortable for our Family of 4. The place is very cosy and you can feel a history here. It is in the heart of lovely historic Albacin. The apartment was clean, maybe some of the furnitures needs to be change, but we didn’t care about such details. The reception service is exceptional. Helpful and friendly. We got a map of the Town with some tips and places to visit (including restaurants and tapas bars). It was a perfect but too short stay! Hope to come back one day!

The rooms are spacious, and the tearraces are huge with impressive views. Uninterupted. The food is always amazing. they even arranged a little surprise for my partners birthday.

Some apartments feature a terrace or balcony. This is my 2nd visit at this property and would stay there again for another visit. I like this location the best when I visit. We loved the room overlooking the church and small river. Super comfortable and clean. Loved the views, comfy bed. Good hot water in shower though I'd like more shower mats as the shower leaks a bit when you jump in. All ok. Great coffee pods for quick coffees in the mornings. Love this place!

All rooms have a private bathroom, which can be located in or outside the room. This is one of those few hidden gems every traveler desires. Very friendly staff that will help you get around, excellent facilicites with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. Nice breakfast which can be enjoyed from the terrace with an amazing view of the Alhambra. In the afternoon you can appreciate the view with a glass of local wine and snacks (including Iberican ham). Bare in mind that the access can be though since it's on the upper part of the hill but we enjoyed the location as it's relatively central to main sites (10-15min walks).
