This was an Absolutely Fantastic Hotel with one of the most beautiful settings I have ever seen, right on the blue green waters of Lake Brienz. The rooms we’re charming. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The view of the chateau across the water with the Alps in the background was beyond spectacular! I absolutely recommend paying extra for a room with a view of the lake. The experience of total tranquility combined with the coziness of the Swiss chalet style room was priceless.

It has a cosy cove and a quite retreat holiday with easy access with the 103 free bus shuttle into Interlaken was very helpful, leaving moist days every 30 minutes. The small shop there is adequate for essentials. We loved kayaking on the lake and has regular ferry crossing which is an added attraction. There are a few restaurants in the area which is handy. Iseltwald is a beautiful village near Interlaken. But little away from all attractions and need to take a bus to go to Interlaken and takes around 25 minutes. Evening last bus is around 8pm and need to plan your activities accordingly Otherwise Iseltwald is a nice place and you get an experience of staying in a Swiss village!!!Charles - 10Scored 10

Iseltwald is a small village near Interlaken (30 minutes bus ride) with the most breath-taking views. It was one of the most mesmerising and peaceful places I have ever been to. I would highly recommend everyone who plans to do things near Interlaken to visit/stay at Iseltwald.NATHANI - 10Scored 10

Beautiful location. Apartment was really great. Swimming in the lake in summer is special. The hotel overlooking the lake isa just a 1 minute walk from the apartment and has great food, Great Lake views and cold beer.

We wish we could have stayed longer, but to no surprise they were fully booked! The view from our balcony was fairytale-like and the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty. We arrived by car, so the free convenient parking was a big plus! Otherwise, Iseltwald is very well connected with bus links and ferries that we got discounts on from the hotel which was very useful! Would definitely book this hotel again :)

The apartment I stayed in had the most amazing panoramic views of beautiful Lake Brienz. The property enjoys what I can only describe as the best location in Iseltwald , on the lakefront and directly facing the jetty and ferry stop. The host of the property was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.
