Our stay at the Metropolitan Old Town was absolutely perfect. We arrived after a torrential thunderstorm on a motorbike and the ladies on reception couldn’t have been more helpful regarding the parking situation. The staff on check in and check out were fabulous, so friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming.
The room was large and very well appointed, the bed linen, duvet, towels and pillows were are soft and comfortable. Despite being city center, i had the best nights sleeps. The curtains kept the light out too.
The WiFi was strong and reliable and i loved the complimentary bottle of wine, water and tea and coffee in the room.
The whole experience was wonderful and makes me want to return.
Definitely deserves more than ten out of ten.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Lovely bottle of wine to welcome us in our room. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was very clean. Would highly recommend.
