From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. **Dining:** The food was very good, with a wide variety of options available at each meal. The buffet had something for everyone, including the kids. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which added a nice touch to the dining experience. **Facilities:** The hotel's aqua park was a major highlight. It provided endless fun for the whole family. The pools were well-maintained, and there were plenty of lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. We also made use of the gym and found it to be well-equipped and clean. **Overall Experience:** Our stay at Coral Sea Aqua Park was fantastic. - The bar man at the front desk, I can not remember his name but he really made my time. If I come back to Egypt, I will definitely spend at least one night so I can speak with him again - Mohammed the manager is absolutely brilliant. He cared for every need and had really good banter - It is beautiful resort and would recommend to any family/couple. - really close to everything .. safari, square, activities.

You will be spoiled there :) Lovely pools , beautiful sandy beach 🏖️ We were thoroughly impressed with the variety of restaurants offering different cuisines, and the staff was consistently nice and helpful. Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained. Certain individuals made our stay exceptionally enjoyable: El Hassan at the Egyptian restaurant, Ismail at the pool, and Osama from room service. They exemplified high-level customer service, and I sincerely hope the hotel rewards them for their outstanding efforts.
