The room was not good. We didn't have water for the first day and then got swapped to another room. Then on the 3rd day there was again problems with the water. The property decided to give us breakfast as a compliment, but later they tried to charged it on the check out. It was clear that most of the staff was on training as we always had to wait a response or attendance from the manager.

beautiful property, exceeded our expectations. Luxury from the moment we walked in. Bed so soft and comfortable, made for a great nights sleep. Generous sized bathroom and colours throughout the room are subtle and relaxing. Dinner at Canny Man’s is a must, staff excellent and we certainly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable.

It was a great stay. Amazing bright room with an even more comfortable bed. Best location for airport transport and 2mi walk to the Old Town. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty too. We spent 2 nights. We will definitely book again next time in Edinburgh.

Problems with heating. And noise , was kept up the entire night thanks to some lovely couple. Emailed and text about this issue no answer to then phone and get told I would get emailed back and still have not. What a joke I paid £262 for one night and this is how you get treated.
