The hotel location is number 1. Then you must remember this is a very, very old building. Besides these items, the hotel has recently gone through big changes and upgrades which have made it a much better place to stay.

The location was amazing, out window looked out onto lovely grassland , we saw rabbits, squirrels, sheep, this was such a rarity where I live, so this was so special to me and my mind. Lovely hidden gem, I would come again , shame I'm 100 miles away 😢

Setting was lovely.
So unusual to witness ALL staff members being jolly, helpful and professional. Helped to set a very pleasant atmosphere. Well done.
Value for money.
Personally we felt you could easily add 25% possibly 50% to accommodation price's without a problem.
An argument for ' selling yourselves short? '

It is a nice hotel, I really liked it (as I mentioned in my public review). They’ve upgraded my room, it was very spacious, warm and cosy. Cleanliness could be much better, also bad that they don’t check if things are out of order. Would like to come back and try spa (looked very tempting!). Parking is very convenient, territory around is pretty (sadly didn’t have enough time to check it all).
Good location for us. The bar snacks available late afternoon were excellent. We were out at a function for dinner.
We didn't ask the question but our guess is that this hotel has changed hands recently and is in the process of being restored / redecorated. There weren't many guest as far as we could tell, and not many staff, enough to handle the number of guests. The staff also seemed relatively inexperienced. I think things will improve dramatically over the coming months.
Being able to utilise the leisure facilities as part of the booking was a lovely bonus to our stay. The hotel is in a lovely location close to local pubs and nice villages. Polite and friendly staff. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. I would recommend emailing well in advance to book spa treatments as it can be hard to get hold of anyone over the phone and it seems to get booked up quickly
Working in Coventry for the last 2 months and this hotel is definitely a favourite!
Great rooms, clean with all the amenities you need.
Huge pool, sauna and steam room on site along with gym. 💪🏻
The food I would say is the best i've had in Coventry to date.
The staff were wonderful, especially in the evening serving dinner.
Thank you for a very enjoyable stay....I'll
be back!
You get a warm feeling about a hotel when other guests take the time to say "Good evening" in passing. The staff on reception and throughout the hotel were professional and extremely pleasant.
My room was exceptional, a bargain.
The team at Brandon Hall were so lovely and friendly! They made Walter (my pup) and I feel so welcome and put him at ease in his first hotel stay. Our room was upgraded and the facilities were great! Thank you so much xxx
A great hotel in a lovely location. This visit was due to working in the local area but have previously visited for local tourism. It's peaceful and quiet but with great road links to visit the surrounding areas
BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY & BEAUTIFUL SETTING WITH REALLY NICE GROUNDS. THE STAFF ARE GREAT.
THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT I COULD HAVE GOT A LITRE OF VODKA & A LEMONADE FOR THE PRICE OF 2 DRINKS AT BRANDON HALL. 😁
