Location was great for our flight out of Gatwick. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful…service with a smile. Dinner was good, and again, the staff were very friendly, polite and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, but maybe a little pricey.

really friendly staff, exceptionally clean and restaurant staff were very attentive at what can only be described as "packed" session. I hadn't booked a table but they squeezed me in and my meal came out very quickly.
