Great value for money (not a luxurious room but good for what we paid) and we had a nice view from the balcony. The staff were nice. The location is good with some restaurants and shops nearby (e.g., pharmacy, grocery store).

For a 3-star hotel, I was not expecting this much. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was exceptional with plenty of variety of food, the staff was always very helpful and nice.
We arrive pretty earlier than the check-in hour and left later than the check-out hour as well, and they let us use all the hotel facilities on both ocasions (minus the room, obviously).
The location is not really in Chania city centre. However, they have a great free shuttle service that gets you there every half an hour, which makes the location of the hotel perfect as well. Even though we also rented a car to explore the island, the shuttle service was great to go to the city centre without taking the car with us.
The view from the breakfast room and the pool were outstanding. The gym was well equipped for a hotel gym..

The staff were exceptional the moment you step through the door it is pure bliss! The sea view rooms with private pool are worth every penny, the sunset views are stunning! The breakfast included is a really good variety delivered to your room, and you choose your selection the night before - the Oreo pancakes are delicious! The room service food and bar menu is also a nice variety, ordering and delivery to your room was so easy, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The steak, the cheesecake and strawberry mojito mocktail are all *chef’s kiss*! They provide pretty much everything you need all toiletries, both pool and indoor towels, mini fridge with water - the bed and pillows are so comfortable too, shower pressure and temperature all really good! I didn’t visit the spa on site but it looked amazing and is always a bonus. Don’t hesitate to stay, it really is worth every penny and the best experience of a hotel I’ve ever had.
