This was the best holiday home we’ve ever rented. It really exceeded our expectations.
It started with a great welcoming by the owners, following by a tour of the facilities.
The house was tastefully decorated and gave an expensive feeling. It was 100% clean, and contained everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped.
The pool was nice, and there were plenty of things to do in the outside area.
The owners provided high quality services throughout our stay.

It was an honor to be the first visitors in this apartment. There are 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a large living room, so it is really spacious. Bathrooms are completely renewed, beds are comfortable. Nice balcony and view. The garden behind the house has more potential, as it has nice view on the mountains and it has direct contact to the kitchen, but in this condition we could nor really use it.

Apartment was just perfect! We found everything we might need - fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and clothes dryer, yard with swimming pool, they even bought the new baby crib for our baby. Also it is very nice that they offer local food and homemade vine. The host was very friendly.

Breakfast was poor. Staff could have been much more engaging e.g good morning, did you sleep well, would you like to dine inside or out this morning? Not all tables were set in the dining room, therefore we had to sit in the darkest corner as this was the only free set table when we arrived to dining room. Had to request glasses for orange juice and plates for cold dishes. Staff were pleasant but way too slow to meet and greet guests! A hot breakfast card detailing options should have been provided as so many guests enquired about what was available regarding hot choices. Having travelled all over Croatia, I would suggest referencing the breakfast served in Armerun Heritage Hotel Sibenik as best in class. In general staff were not engaged with guest welfare. More engagement, more effort to engage is required to lift the service and ambience of this hotel.
I hope you take on board my advice as a beautiful location was not matched with a truly exhilarating customer experience.
