Beautiful villa and the surrounding nature is amazing, very relaxing indeed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have many activities to book and the restaurant's dishes were yummy. They have free shuttle to and from central ubud (around 40 minutes away from the villa). What made the stay memorable was also how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Special thanks to Mba Yuika🙏🏻

We booked the basic rooms and arrived to find the bathrooms were downstairs via external stairs which were more like ladders than stairs. Not great for the middle of the night toilet trips. We quickly asked for upgraded rooms and we were offered much nicer villas for not a great deal more money. Otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay.

The villa was beautiful and spacious. I loved the bathroom a lot, it’s very aesthetic. The pool and the common areas were very beautiful and calming as well. It’s located in the jungles so you spend time with nature in peace and quiet. I loved it.

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. The entire place has wifi, room has smart TV with Netflix, the resort is clean and very well maintained and smells like aromatherapy (spa) with “zen” music..,

Its got some lovely attractions and sights. Its peaceful and quiet without being too remote. Spending time amongst the people here gives you a sense of what life in Bali is really like and not just what they put on for tourists.

Last time I came to Bali, I only stayed in Ubud. Tegalalang is only a short trip away, but it is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Waterfalls, rice paddies, jungle, friendly locals and you really can experience Bali here. I have never felt more grateful, free and alive. Make sure to rent a moped to get the most out of it!

Far away enough from the city centre to be tranquil and relaxed with plenty of local activities such as the rice terrace and swings, close proximity to temples, waterfalls and volcano without the hustle and bustle of the centre.
The villa has the most delicate privacy with amazing rice terrace view. Staffs were very friendly and helpful to accommodate my request. They provide a WhatsApp number for guest assistance during my stay which comes in handy. My partner and I had the honeymoon package and it was certainly the best experience from the beautiful flower bath to the relaxing massage and ended with a delicious candlelight dinner. Floating breakfast was good. They do provide shuttle service to nearby rice terrace and ubud centre which is a plus point.
Beautiful bungalow with enthralling nature view, unique design. A bit far from downtown ubud but they provide free shuttle to ubud. The villa is clean. I read some mixed reviews about the cleanliness of this place. But consider the place is in the jungle, I think it's fair enough to say this place is clean. And also some guests bring the blanket to use on the hammock. It makes the blankets get dirty. It must be a bit hard to wash. Anyway staffs are the nicest.
Thank you
It’s a beautiful little location close to the rice terrace. Comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful owners.
I asked for a kettle for my morning coffee and got one. Instead of a tv I’d have just put a kettle and fridge in their instead and somewhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. Just a little more attention to detail and this place could be much better and probably be able to charge more. Nothing was a big issue though and was very happy with my stay.
Interesting location in the middle of the small rice terrace, definitely not for lovers of luxury and complete comfort.
Very kind staff. Extra bonus - every day on the table of our terrace we found thermos with hot water for tea and coffee (also can refill).
Cleanliness - acceptable; breakfast - good silence level - only sounds of nature.

The staff was amazing, everything working there was super nice and accommodating
Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety
The location was great, the view from the room and the common area is great, with a rice terrace nearby. The place is located in small village outside of Ubud, but they offer a free shuttle service for the city three times per day, which is really useful
Excellent hotel. Love the calmness and ambiance. Bali has been our annual vacation preference for years, however this is the first time we decided to stay in the Ubud area. We wanted to experience staying in a villa with forest and rice terrace view. This resort is just amazing. Villa is clean, staffs are sincerely friendly, good food, a nice place for a relaxing vacation.
Nice and new place, staff including management very friendly and always helpful.
Nice additional welcome services like shuttle "car", morning walks with hotel staff, hotel book with a lot of information and tips...
Local cuisine was a mix if European and Balinese cooking, which we appreciated. The room was cleaned several times a day. A very quiet location.
You cannot ask for a more serene setting. After the hustle and bustle of Ubud arriving at Papas Villas was truly paradise. Wayan and his family could not have been more friendly or helpful. From great meals to driving us wherever we wanted to go. The villa was very nice and extremely clean. And the view cannot be beat. We were extremely happy with our stay.
We loved Suarapura resort! The mesmerising views of the rice terrace, the sound of nature, the pool, everything was perfect. The owner, Sebastiano is very welcoming as well as his staff, especially Ketut who took us to the holy water temple and helped us get a scooter. Also, highly recommend for remote workers, the wifi is really good.
Surprisingly, hotel location is strategic enough. Close to Jasan Waterfall, rice terrace in Sebatu (better than Tegalalang since it's become very commercials now) and some area of Holy water. Next time, I will stay longer to be able to join the other activities. Nothing I can describe about this hotel except "AWESOME!!!"
We spent a night in Dukuh on our way North to rice terraces. It's remote, thus quiet. Yet, we had light to none traffic from Ubud. In general, location is great, surrounded by small rice terraces. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Value for the money is great.
Location a bit far from the city but worth the peace and amazing rice terrace views. excellent pool. most friendly and helpful hotel staff I have ever seen. felt so welcoming. loved it and will make sure to stay again if I visit Bali!
The property is new in Ubud. all is about fresh and the facilities are premium. Kadek is so friendly and helpfull. There is kitchen too. Our stay is superb and nice
If you want to experience true Bali, this is an excellent place. Amazing villas, iconic scenery from every window and very warm staff. We felt absolutely great!
