Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of central Shinjuku but also not too far that you can't walk places. It is also located next to the metro so easy to travel around from there. Relatively clean place.

Location was perfect, very close to central Shibuya but on a slightly quieter road. Room/sleeping area was quiet at night too, and the bed very comfortable. Showers and bathrooms also great, and they held my luggage for me which was such a help.
