Very convenient location, without walking outside from the terminal 3, that was the reason we booked this hotel. And the plan worked well! The onsen on site was super, we really enjoyed it.

Not a fan of the two options for breakfast. Very hard to make ourselves understood but though that is frustrating it is not a fault.

I loved the projector in the room with a great quality of sound.

The hotel was located very close to Kamata Station and was the perfect location for our stay in the area. The room was the best appointed of the four hotels that we stayed in whilst in Japan. The bathroom was was particularly spacious by Japanese standards. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We booked here because it was next door to the train station so we could make an easy transfer in the morning to Hiroshima. Rooms were nice and dark, beds were very comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety but I would still consider it a basic breakfast, nothing outstanding.
It was about a 1 and a half hour transfer from Narita airport but very easy to get to.
