Keith is a very polite & helpful person. Very obliging & accommodative to our needs. A commendable staff indeed. All the front desk staffs to a Mr Nap from the rooms department was equally friendly, helpful & competent in their work.
Through my observation, noticed that in the food & beverages area, hotel must have made an effort to choose the better quality ingredients in the servings & the hotel bed impressed me too because the King size bed is not one can find easily. Will take a deliberate & conscientious effort to have it for the comfort of room guest.
