The Quinta de Barbêdo is a lovely farm, very well made, located near Gerês National Park. As we arrived, they provided us some very useful and interesting route information to have a quick tour of some of the sightseeing locations of the park :) The weather was not so good, so we could not use the nice pool that is in the garden, but we have decided to have dinner at the farm to try some Portuguese local food. The food was delicious (and also very generous portions) and the staff was superfriendly. The breakfast buffet that we had the following morning was also very good. Overall, it was a very nice choice and if we will ever come back to the park, we will stop at this Quinta again :)

Loved our overnight stay in an upgraded room with fantastic views of the church opposite and lake in the distance. Immaculately clean and tastefully furnished room with a nice balcony to take in the views. The restaurant offers good choices and we enjoyed lovely quality meals. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking was at the front of the hotel.

It was clean and felt bigger than on the pictures. Even though a bit far from the accommodation, the pool was great. The hotel parking is an extra but a good deal.
