Located in the Retiro district in Buenos Aires, 1 km from Colon Theater, Carles Hotel boasts a sun terrace and fitness centre. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Rooms come with a flat-screen TV. Very professional staff, great value for money. I had an issue and they sorted it out immediately. Great location, strongly advised. Very helpful staff.

Incredible service. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. They fulfilled every request we had. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Room was immaculate and well serviced every day.

I was greeted by very kind front desk staff who upgraded me for free to a larger room. The room was very large with all amenities such as a mini bar (Even with a small gin bar including rosemary sprouts and a lime in case you felt like having a gin and tonic). The bathroom felt like a spa with a large and deep bathtub with bath salts for you to use to relax. The bathroom also had a shower. The hotel had a fantastic cocktail lounge that had a DJ at night playing music. The hotel is situated in one of the best neighborhoods close to some of the greatest cocktail bars and restaurants all walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

Strategically located 400 metres from Florida Street, Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center offers plush accommodation with privileged views of La Plata River. ホテルのスタッフの気を配り　とても快適でした。ブエノスアイレスは危険で歩くのは危ない　とネットに書いてあったがホテルからタクシーでカミニートなど見て周りホテルに帰れるよう指示して安心して観光出来ました。朝食もランチも美味しかった。チェックインも午前中だが早く部屋に入れて長時間のフライトでヘトヘトの私は嬉しかった。
