Boasting an indoor heated pool with splendid views of Nahuel Huapi Lake, Tunquelén is set in an Alpine-style mansion surrounded by the lake and forest, a 35-minute drive from downtown Bariloche. Great facilities. Heritage hotel that is well maintained (don’t expect it to be like a brand new hotel). Incredible views and excellent well-priced food. Easy walk to Puerto Panuelo. And the three most important things (for me) in a hotel room- Very comfortable bed, dark, and quiet.

Incredible setting right by the lake and the hotel grounds are fantastic. We didn't leave the hotel in 4 days! We stayed in the Moreno wing overlooking the lake and the little marina they have. Really magical!

It is only a few minutes walk from the lakeside. There has been so effort put into decorating the shared spaces and rooms. There is a huge shared kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking.
