The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

Luxurious, well-maintained hotel, excellent location, friendly staff always ready to assist with all your needs. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished with smart systems. The people at the reception were helpful and friendly especially Evgenia and Sabrina .
