Only 50 metres away from the State Opera and the Karlsplatz Underground Station (lines U1, U2 and U4), Living Hotel an der Oper offers air-conditioned untis, flat-screen TVs and free access to WiFi. My wife and I thought that our 4 night stay at the Living Hotel an der Oper was outstanding. The location was excellent - very close to historic sites and the U-bahn for getting to the train station or to Schonbrunn Palace. Our large room exceeded our expectations. The beds were firm and comfy, and we had a dining table and a living area with a sofa and chairs. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with good water pressure. Internet reception was very good. The breakfast was outstanding and cost 16 euros extra -- well worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Surrounded by various sights, famous monuments, historic buildings and several shopping streets, this small, family-run guesthouse is located right in the heart of Vienna. The staff was very kind. The room was spacious and comfortable with a sitting area.The breakfast was good and included all the products normally used for this meal. We were glad that the building had an elevator.

The location was absolutely great! One breath away from St.Stephan church and steps away from the Opera, the location offered various options for walks, sight-seeing, restaurants, shopping. Although it was super central, the room was very quite and cozy (nice view). Very clean and spacious room, comfort bed and splendid pillows, and large bathroom. the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and in general, I really loved the whole concept of the hotel building. I would definetely stay again at Astoria Trend hotel, no question!

We spent wonderful days in Vienna, in beautiful apartments. Everything is very good and the location (for us it was generally fabulous, next to the Philharmonic), and amenities, everything is clean and tidy. The only trouble was that the light in the first room was not on. But that didn't spoil our holiday. Thank you.
