Situated on the Ringstrasse, directly across from the Vienna Opera and at the head of the main pedestrian street, Kärntner Straße, the location couldn't be more ideal. A standout feature of our experience was the exemplary service provided by Ms. Iva at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm welcome that was both professional and efficient. Arriving on an early morning flight, we were pleasantly surprised when Ms. Iva managed to arrange for our room to be ready well before the usual check-in time. Her efforts went far beyond typical hospitality, ensuring that our stay started smoothly and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel’s SPA and gym are both well-equipped and tastefully designed, adding to the overall luxury of our visit. Our stay at The Amauris Vienna Hotel was truly memorable, largely thanks to the outstanding service and the elegant environment. The staff is quick to respond to queries after booking. They are very efficient. Kudos to Claudia, Hana and Florian for all their help,especially with keeping my luggage in a locked room when I arrived early. The facilities are small but you have everything you need. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy.

Only 50 metres away from the State Opera and the Karlsplatz Underground Station (lines U1, U2 and U4), Living Hotel an der Oper offers air-conditioned untis, flat-screen TVs and free access to WiFi. Quiet hotel, close to everything, with lots of public transport around. The room was really comfortable and the shower was great
