Wrapping around the eastern façade of the iconic Adelaide Oval, Oval Hotel at Adelaide Oval offers a unique accommodation experience. Room was superb, especially noticed the comfy beds and pillows. The view from our rooms and the lobby area were gorgeous. We ate in the dining room, and enjoyed the view of the oval.

The reception staff was awesome, very very welcoming and friendly, had a nice chat, got some tips for Adelaide - that's how it should be. Nice room with big windows - there's not much view, but that's not the hotel's fault, this corner is a bit more residential than old town - and therefore also quiet at night. Quiet room, nice beds, everything looks quite new. Walking to the city centre is about 10-15mins, as is to the National Wine Centre. The hotel has a nice restaurant that serves good food for dinner and also a decent breakfast. The car can be safely stored in a garage at an alley behind the hotel.

During check in Karla (sorry if I got the name wrong) was so friendly and helpful and although much earlier than check in time, she allowed me to check in immediately without me even having to request. She deserves top marks. But rest of the staff were all fantastic as well. I chose the hotel for the location and made a great decision. Everything is near by. The room was spacious clean and everything was taken care of. From a generous included mini bar to an international adaptor everything is take care if.
