We loved it even though we had a problem with heating systems they found solutions immediately and solved the problem next day. We would like to stay again at a Sonder property after this experience

This hotel is centrally located in downtown Ottawa, just a 10-minute walk to Parliament Hill. The 4-star hotel features a restaurant and bar and spacious rooms. we really enjoyed our vacation! the hotel is very Weil located and the staff is very Nice! they really took care of us and the service is excellent! the bed is so comfortable and we had a room at the 20th floor with a nice view. we really recommand this hotel! we had the chance to arrive earlier and they gave us our room earlier which is really appreciated.
