Hotel Landhaus enjoys a central location in Bern, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and 200 metres from the well-known Bear Pit. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay! Place is very cosy, they also have great breakfast included. Location is near public transport station, but you can also reach city centre easy just by walking couple minutes. The Marthahaus Hotel offers you individually and tastefully furnished rooms in a quiet residential area of Bern, close to the city centre, the main station the main train station and tram line 9 to... The staff was ao friendly and the breakfast really good. There‘s also a huge fridge to store stuff and a kitchen to use.

Set in the Breitenrain-Lorraine district in Bern, Alpenblick Bern - kind of a hotel offers 3-star rooms with free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The library/breakfast room was so cool! Also loved the breakfast basket concept. Also like that it's outside of the city center (but with good public transport connection) and therefore less hectic.

Re-opened in April 2017 after renovations, Hotel Jardin Bern is situated within a 20-minute walk from the historic centre of Bern. The tram number 9 offers direct connections to the centre. The room was spacious for our family of three, wide double and single beds, nice wooden floor, the owner and personnel were very helpful and gave us all necessary support and guidance, the hotel has a free parking which was available at all times during our stay and we were given free local transport tickets. We used a tram to get to the old town just in three stops, otherwise, one could reach the old town by foot in 20 mins. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the breakfast has all necessary products.

Set 2.1 km from Bernexpo, Stay KooooK Bern offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a terrace and a shared kitchen for your convenience. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. This was the best hotel we stayed in our trip. First, the room itself was large and clean. It had kitchen facilities and everything you need to maintain and clean after cooking. This was the only hotel with a wireless charger in the room and its so nice to not to find your charger and travel adaptor. Bathroom was very clean too. One of the levels had shared facilities like a laundry room and a shared kitchen. This was a great idea where guests can wash & dry clothes. Detergent was also provided. The shared kitchen had tea/coffee facilities, free fruit etc. The Location was excellent. 1 stopover from Bern and across the road from Bern Wankerdorf (<1min walk). The coop supermarket is right downstairs. This place is excellent if you have unlimited travel pass so you can visit Thun and Interlaken without paying excessive amounts in hotels in those locations. Since the supermarket is next door you can easily sort out breakfast and dinner. One thing is to check into the hotel (URL is in the email) before arriving so you can get access to keys easily on the day of check in.

She helped tell us where to go/what to see with her useful maps - both for tourist sights and restaurants too. The breakfast was delicious and she also helped my friend who is lactose intolerant enjoy her food too!
