The Elite hotel is nestled amid its own peaceful gardens in the heart of Lausanne between Place Saint-François and Place de la Gare, and offers you free WiFi in all areas. The location, personnel, housing is perfect for a trip. The child bed was a real bed rather than an unfolded sofa which was very comfy.

The hotel was near the center and there was amazing view of the GEneve lake from the room. It was very relaxing and nice. The room was very big with great bathroom. The reception staff was friendly and the breakfast was OK.

Renovated in 2015 and set in an Art Deco building, the family-owned Hotel des Voyageurs is located in a quiet pedestrian zone in the centre of Lausanne, next to Flon Metro Station and a 10-minute walk... Very nice and clean room, very good breakfast and good location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my stay was undeniably the exceptional staff. Bochra and Aiguerim went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my time there. Upon arrival, they generously upgraded my room to accommodate my request for a peaceful environment, and it made all the difference. Additionally, despite my early arrival at around Ten in the morning, they kindly facilitated an early check-in at no extra cost, understanding my exhaustion from a long train journey. Their thoughtfulness and dedication truly exemplify the quality of service at this establishment. Aside from the outstanding staff, the hotel's prime location, right next to Lausanne Central Station and with a bus stop nearby, made getting around a piece of cake. Overall, while the hotel itself offers a pleasant experience, it is truly the exceptional staff that sets it apart. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile make this establishment a standout choice for who are seeking not just accommodation, but genuine hospitality. Great location, nice room, I wanted to do late checkout and would have needed to pay 30.- extra, which would have been fine for me. The kind receptionist didn’t charge me and that was very nice from him.
