The hotel is very good value for money. Very clean, big rooms. At check in they accept western credit cards (Mastercard, Visa). At least one member of staff we spoke to spoke English, other used translator on the phone to communicate which works very well, so check-in and out was smooth. 10 mins from metro Daixin (in Chinese 大新). This is the closest metro station. It is Green Line (Line 1), second stop after changing from line 11, which goes from the airport. It makes the location super convenient to visit the city. Total time from the airport to the hotel by metro took us under 45 min, ticket price 5 Yen per trip. You can exchange money to get cash at the airport. A lot of food options around: both street food and restaurants.

Offering 34 elegant rooms across six time-honoured villas nestled in a private garden, located in the bustling heart of Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The hotel staff were super friendly, responsive, and were incredibly accommodating. The check in process was very smooth and the host took us to our room. When I went to the front desk to purchase some water, the receptionist just gave me for free and made sure we have enough. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to Sea World, where lots of actions and great restaurants are located.
