The staffs were very helpful to everything you need for ur trip in Zhangjiajie. Prime Location, proximity to bus station, where is several minutes walk from Wulingyuan Park Entrance. I really enjoy the live music too.

Boasting a garden, terrace, restaurant and free WiFi, Zhangjiajie YOLO Resort--Within Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is set in Zhangjiajie, 200 metres from Tianzi Mountain and 7.6 km from Yangjiajie... my stay at YOLO was absolutely incredible! I booked a tent but due to rain and thunderstorms I got upgraded to a double room completely free of charge! The staff are just the sweetest people ever and as a solo traveler they really made an effort to make me feel at home :-) It was also very easy to meet other travelers as the resort attracts international guests and everyone arrives and gathers under the big tent roof! Thank you to the lovely team at YOLO for making my stay so special :-) ps: they have baby animals!!

Highly recommended! Exceptional host! Even travel solo I felt super safe and taken care! Will definitely come back and recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who plans to go to Avatar Mountains.

The location is unbeatable, close to park and many restaurant nearby. It is easy for us to get the food and supermarket, the KFC and Starbuck just 5minutes walk distance. The staff provide us pick up service was good and ticket booking.it is make everything very smoothly. if you're looking for a cozy retreat with a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than this charming stay.

The location is excellent, near to the East Gate Entrance of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Host is very friendly, I extended my stay by additional 1 night from initial 5 nights. Showed/ provided information on how to visit the Park and where to eat. During the evening, host welcomes you to join them for chit chat session while enjoying local tea & titbits (free). The rooms is identical to the pictures showed. others amenities the inn provided were to try out local Tujia outfit - ample of selections to choose from, helped to book entrances ticket in advance, others point of interest was easy to reach from here aswell.

Mountain View Guesthouse offers free WiFi throughout the property and rooms with air conditioning in Zhangjiajie. Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.
