Daniela was amazing! From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Without a doubt, reserve your stay in palmas de alba boutique!!! I promise you you’ll have the best experience and when you arrive ask for Daniela, Melanie and Jorge!

Voilá Centro Histórico has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Cartagena de Indias. The property is close to Cartagena's Walls, Palace of the Inquisition and Bolivar Park. Everything was perfect until the last night of my stay when the front desk clerk decided to tell my business of who I had coming and going to another guest I was entertaining tried to charge me for another occupant which I had already paid for in my initial booking. He was very unprofessional and caused me a major inconvenience it wasn’t his place to disclose who I had visiting to anyone

All the staff is very nice The room has everything necessary, nicely decorated The bed is incredibly comfortable The location is perfect in some very cute streets, you can easily walk to getsmani and everywhere in the walled city

Situated in Cartagena de Indias, near Marbella Beach, Bocagrande Beach and Cartagena's Walls, Hotel AT THE PARK features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a shared lounge. Excellent location, nice room in a very historic building and friendly staff. The location of the place is really good. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the park which we enjoyed in the evening - nice to share a bottle of wine and listen to the music below without getting hassled by the street vendors when sitting in the restaurant/cafe. Room was not very noisy really…everything quieted down after 11pm and we had no problem sleeping.
