From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Without a doubt, reserve your stay in palmas de alba boutique!!! I promise you you’ll have the best experience and when you arrive ask for Daniela, Melanie and Jorge!

Hotel Don Pedro De Heredia is situated in the historical city centre of Cartagena. It has an outdoor pool, and offers air-conditioned rooms with marble floors and flat-screen TVs. There's a beautiful courtyard with a pool inside. They gave me a free upgrade to a very nice room. The street outside is busy, lots going on but a little noisy. It's nice and quiet inside, though. It's located close to everything you might want in the city center. Breakfast is good. The staff is excellent, very helpful and attentive.

Hotel 3 Banderas is in Cartagena's city centre and offers a waterfall garden, 2 spacious patios, and a roof-top terrace overlooking Cartagena. It is just 3 blocks from the Caribbean Sea. An oasis of cool calm in the heat and madness of Cartagena. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Well situated in the San Diego district of Cartagena de Indias, Hotel Boutique Callecitas de San Diego is set less than 1 km from Marbella Beach, 1.9 km from Bocagrande Beach and 3 km from Crespo... The location was amazing- right in the walled city. Very cute decor. Hotel was small, intimate and had a fantastic staff! Was very impressed at how quite the hotel is, given the location. Rooms were very comfortable.

Situated in Cartagena de Indias, near Marbella Beach, Bocagrande Beach and Cartagena's Walls, Hotel AT THE PARK features free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a shared lounge. Excellent location, nice room in a very historic building and friendly staff. The location of the place is really good. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the park which we enjoyed in the evening - nice to share a bottle of wine and listen to the music below without getting hassled by the street vendors when sitting in the restaurant/cafe. Room was not very noisy really…everything quieted down after 11pm and we had no problem sleeping.

Offering a restaurant, Hotel Kartaxa is located in Cartagena de Indias and features a unique style with the bohemian ambiance of the 30's. Free WiFi access is available. Friendly and helpful staff. An amazing location location - I think it's in the prettiest part of the walled city, though everything (including Getsemani) is within a ten-minute walk, or so. The entire facility is remarkably clean and the flowers are beautiful! Our visit featured an excellent (with a diversity of offerings) breakfast and ridiculously friendly restaurant staff. Honestly, we preferred this breakfast (food and vibe) to our four-star hotel.
