The proprietor is extremely welcoming and is genuinely interested in your comfort. The rooms are very clean! Ours had a nice kitchenette. They were also very accommodating to us having a cat. The breakfast, while not included in price, is a wonderful spread of German delights and I highly recommend it! There are also a lot of wonderful restaurants within an easy walking distance. We had a very nice stay and will recommend it to friends and family.

Situated in Berlin’s leafy Treptow-Köpenick district on the banks of the Dahme River, this hotel features its own small beach area canoe rental, and a beer garden with sun terrace. Lovely surroundings with plenty of understated charm. The stuff is superb and responsive. Perfect if you want to practice your German as its still not contaminated by the Berlin bilingual curse. Very tranquil and restful spot. Amazing sunsets.
